A total of 50 pupils from the Physics, mathematics and information science lyceum and the Republican lyceum with chemistry and biology bias (25 people from each of them) were involved in the camp. The camp was organized in order to create favorable conditions for pupils, completed the academic year with excellent marks, to spend their summer holiday effectively. During this time, in addition to the entertainment and participation in a variety of sports games, children were informed about interesting topics - team building, leadership, presentation skills, public speaking, ecology and other fields. In addition, pupils have made various rockets, robots in 8 lessons on STEM organized by "Engineering for Kids" company and have become direct participants of their practical application, as well as have demonstrated their worldview in intellectual games such as "Debate", "Hamsa", "Brain Ring", "The Da Vinci Code". As a continuation of the theme of ecology, pupils organized subbotniks on the territory of school and made bird-nests and hung them from trees in the area. The regular survey carried out among children, the opinions of parents who had come to visit their children and the final evaluation give reason to say that the organization of the camp gives positive results. As a continuation of the successful pilot project, it is planned to organize the summer camp for other pupils in the future.

The camp, attended by more than 30 pupils from Gakh and Sheki regions, was organized in Ilisu village of Gakh region on June 10-12. The main goal of the summer camp is to enlighten the younger generation, living in areas considered for reintroduction of gazelles, about this species. The camp participants were informed in detail about the lifestyle of gazelles, the areas inhabited by them and their role in nature. Children also took part in various small ecological studies, quizzes and competitions. It should be noted that the "Reintroduction of gazelles to their historical habitat areas in Caucasus" program has been successfully carried out since 2010 within the framework of joint cooperation with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, IDEA Public Union and the representative office of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) in Azerbaijan. Over the years, more than 150 heads of gazelles have been reintroduced from Shirvan National Park to their historical habitat areas. The permanent monitoring and protection of gazelles are being implemented in these areas.

Our team won the bronze medal of the European Games. It should be noted that the artistic gymnastics competitions, held at the National Gymnastics Arena, were attended by 180 gymnasts representing 37 countries. The rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics competitions will be launched on June 17. These competitions will be attended by 4 athletes of the Specialized Olympic Reserves Child-Youth Gymnastics School of the Ministry of Education.

5612 volunteers, participated in the opening ceremony of the first European Games, will also attend the closing ceremony. 12,247 operating volunteers are supporting other events related to the European Games. SABAH volunteers have been actively participating in the Volunteer Movement since March of this year. The existing experience gives reason to say that regardless of citizenship, necessary measures are being taken to ensure the safety of all participants in the international events held in Azerbaijan. For this reason, during the period when the athletes representing Armenia are participating in the Baku 2015 First European Games in a fully secure environment, the statement of Minister of Education and Science of Armenia is surprising and regrettable. As it is known, the Regulations for the 47th International Chemistry Olympiad don`t intend to provide specific security guarantees for the participating countries. This rule is applied to the International Chemistry Olympiad to be held in Baku with the organizational support of Baku branch of the Moscow State University on July 20-29 of this year. It is the right of any country to choose to participate or withdraw from participation in each international competition. It is not the first time that Armenian official circles give way to abuses on the issue of participating in various competitions. The attempts to politicize this competition, which was attended by students, are regrettable. The Republic of Azerbaijan completely fulfills all obligations for the implementation of the 47th International Chemistry Olympiad.

Except of Azerbaijan, more than 200 athletes representing 18 teams from Uzbekistan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russia, Turkish Republic of Cyprus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and Moldova took part In tournament held in Istanbul. According to results of the tournament, graduates of Gymnastics School Aylin Gulubayova won the 1st place among of 6-year-old the gymnasts, Nuray Hasanzadeh won the 3rd place among 8-year-old gymnasts, Jala Guliyeva won 2nd place among 10-year-old gymnasts.

In the first academic year, 100 students will study on specialty "Medical care" on the basis of state order at the branch. The decision on the establishment of the Baku branch of First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov was made on the basis of the relevant decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation also signed a relevant order on the establishment of the Baku branch of the university. The main purpose of the establishment of the Baku branch is to improve medical education in the Republic of Azerbaijan, to expand ties with the world's most prestigious higher education centers in this field, to ensure citizens` desire to study at medical education institutions of the Russian Federation. First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov will provide methodological support for the provision of the Baku branch with personnel and the organization of the educational process. The teaching process will be carried out by the teaching staff of the university in accordance with the new generation Russian state educational standards. At the same time, the world-renowned Russian scientists will be involved in the teaching process. It is planned to use innovative educational technologies and to hold master-classes during the preparation of medical specialists at the branch. Peter Glybochko, Rector of First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov, noted that the establishment of the Baku branch was a significant event and the higher education institution, headed by him, had traditional and rich ties to Azerbaijan. Recalling that Azerbaijan is going through a phase of sustainable economic and social development, Rector highly appreciated the attention of leadership of the country to the education sector. These factors led to the decision on the establishment of the university's branch in Baku.

The camp, organized within the framework of "Reintroduction of gazelles to their historical habitat areas in Caucasus" program, was attended by 30 pupils from secondary schools of Gurbanzade, Qarasuchu, Fakhrali, Garamusali, Eyvazlilar villages of Goranboy region and Seidler, Lek, Alibayramli villages of Samukh region. The main goal of the summer camp is to enlighten the younger generation, living in areas considered for reintroduction of gazelles, about this species. The seminars, competitions, environmental games and studies on environmental awareness program were held in the camp for schoolchildren by the employees of the Republican Ecological Training and Experience Center of the Ministry of Education. The schoolchildren were informed in detail about the historical territories inhabited by gazelles in Azerbaijan, their lifestyle, their role in nature, the reasons for extinction of gazelles and their protection. The camp participants carried out hydrobiological studies in the River Gumruk and demonstrated their knowledge and skills in the quiz on biodiversity and the drawing competition entitled "Gazelle is the adornment of nature". In the end, the camp participants and the winners of the competition were awarded with diplomas of the Republican Ecological Training and Experience Center, IDEA Public Union and the representative office of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) in Azerbaijan.

Citizens mostly appealed on recruitment of the teachers or replacement of the teachers from one workplace to other one also from one region to other one, restoration to the work, recognition of education documents, transfer of students of higher and secondary specialized schools from one educational institution to other one, tuition fee and other issues in the reception held in accordance with citizens` reception schedule of heads of central executive authorities for June, 2015 in the towns and regions. The appeals of citizens are heard and many issues are immediately solved in the reception process registered by 142 people. Relevant bodies of the Ministry are given instructions on several appeals. Appeals of some citizens, which are not within the competence of the Ministry or bear personal character, have been recorded and controlled in order to deliver to the attention of relevant bodies.

With the aim of making the admission process of children to 1st class an optimal and efficient, on the basis of the requirements of Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic “On some measures in the field of provision of electronic services by public authorities” dated May 23, 2011 the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic decided on implementing of electronic system (e-System) since 2015/2016 academic year firstly in general education schools, lycees and gymnasiums functioning in Baku. Saving human resources and time, spending on admission of documents, systematization of pupil contingent registration process and opportunities to get necessary information about the school - are advantages of e-System. Registration on this system of e-Application Forms of parents (other legal representative) to 1st classes of general education schools will start from March 05, 2015 till September 15, 2015 via www.mektebeqebul.edu.az web page. Registration of e-Application Forms by parents (other legal representative) can be made online or by e-documents admission commission organized in each school, or/and in an alternative documents admission commission working in each ward (administrative region) of Baku.   Admission to 1st class of education schools, lycees and gymnasiums functioning in Baku by competitive examination will also be implemented by e-system from March 15, 2015 till April 15, 2015 and contests (exams) for elimination will be carried out from 15th of April till 15th of May, 2015. As a result of contest, parents (other legal representative) of children failed exams, have right to choose in that system general education school once again. e-Application Forms of parents (other legal representatives) of children with unusual talent who will be turning 6 year-old by September, 16 – December, 31 will be registered to schools, lycees and gymnasiums, admitting by contest, from March, 15 until April, 15 and in the period of July, 1-31 e-Application Forms will be registered to general secondary schools.       From July, 13 till July, 31 they will take part in an interview (except of those, who succeed in exams to schools, lysees and gymnasiums hold by contest and graduates of pre-school groups organized by the Ministry of Education) hold by Commission, organized in each administrative region of Baku on the base of regulations about “Early admission of children with unusual talent to1st class”. Generally it should be mentioned, that the applied e-System does not consider any changes in existing (working) procedure of admission to 1st class.
