Official documents, order sheets, booklet and posters about organization of championship, have been distributed to physical education teachers, video clips have been demonstrated in the seminar where representatives of The Ministry of Education and Azerbaijan Football Federations Association (AFFA) took part. At the same time, teachers have been informed about the venues of the contests, organization of the games and managemet rules in the seminar. It should be noted that, teams that consist of boys who study at VIII grade of the secondary schools will join in the contest to be held from february 20 to march 18 by organization of The Ministry of Education and AFFA. Goal of championship is to fulfill in the objectives derived from “State Program about development of football in Azerbaijan Republic for 2005-2015”, agitate essence of 1st European Games to be held in 2015 in Baku, increase sport mastership of pupil footballers and support enlargement of mini football. Contest where teams of the secondary schools take part, will be organized on 3 phases. I phase will surround interregional contests. Contests will be organized on subgroups in the II phase. Winners of subgroups will compete in the last phase. Teams who keep I, II and III place in the final game, will be awarded to diploma, cup and valuable prizes of The Ministry of Education.

Interesting issues like educational reforms implemented in the Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, performance of exchange of experience between two countries on this sphere, development of mutual cooperation among higher educational institutions, increase of students’ number from Turkmenistan who study in the Azerbaijan and others, have been discussed during meeting. It was stated that, now 238 students from Turkmenistan are studying at the higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan. Oil-gas engineering and civil engineering have special places through specialty directions mostly interested by them. Mikayil Jabbarov, miniser of education proposed to benefit Azerbaijan experience within framework of integration of Turkmenstan to Bologny process and stated that, The Ministry of Education is ready to make relevant support on this direction.

Discussion on the topic of enlargement of cooperation between two countries on the sphere of higher education, has been conducted during business trip of Mikayil Jabbarov, education minister of Azerbaijan Republic to Paris on november, 2014. As a continuaton of process, main goal of “The Day of Azerbaijan” event to be held on february 27 in the Paris, is to develop bilateral relations among higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan and France, evaluate the opportunities on implementation of joint programs and exchange of student and teacher. Participation of Azerbaijan’ s several higher educational institutions at level of high officials, is envisaged within staff of delegation to be guided by Firudin Gurbanov, deputy of education minister in the event. Up to 20 France higher educational institutions will make the presentations about jont projects that reflect interest for Azerbaijan higher education system. At the same time, citizens of the countries included in the European Union, will be presented opportunities to study at Azerbaijan universities within framework of event.

More than 30 media representatives took part in the 2 days visit organized jontly with The Ministry of Ministry in the Agjabady, Agdam and Tartar regions. Media representatives today visited in the secondary school named after A.Abbasov in the village Garadagli of Agdam region and school named after F.Hamidov in the Gapanli village of Tartar region within framework of mediatour. Visitors took part in the lesson in both of schools. Detailed information about Khojali genocide, as well as amunition used in the battles in the youth’ conscription training lesson. Meeting of Elnur Mammadov, colonel deputy head of section of The Ministry of Defence, graduate of the same educational institution with teaching collective and pupils held in the Gapanli secondary school of Tartar region during visit. Then, media representatives and pupils visited military unit “N” in the region and watched fighting training performances demonstrated the soldiers. Fighting technique and military faculities were inspected. Within the framework of the project, in the lyceum named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, the training course on "Reproductive health education in the education institutions" organized for 22 teachers teaching biology and life skills in lyceums and gymnasiums of Republican subordination continued three days. The teachers who successfully completed training were awarded with certificate "Trainer for trainers". Jean Chambaz, president of the university informing the delegation noted that more than 34 thousand students are studying in the university on various specialties. The main purpose of the events of "Azerbaijani day" is to develop bilateral relations among higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan and France, evaluate the opportunities on implementation of joint programs and exchange of student and teacher. Taking part in the opening ceremony, Antoine Grassin, Campus France Director highlighted the importance of Azerbaijani day. The agency director noted his interest in the development of bilateral relations, stressed the participation of nearly 10 leading universities of Azerbaijan in this important event and said that it's a striking examples of cooperation between the two countries in the field of education. The aim of the trainings held in Mingachevir, Ganja and Shaki is to improve skills and competencies on protection from harmful habits, healthy lifestyle and reproductive health of the teachers teaching biology and life skills in the secondary schools. The teachers listened lectures of professionals on human biological and psychosocial development, the causes of adolescent risky behavior and its regulatory mechanisms, features of the safe school environment and other issues and attended practical sessions.

The contest to be ruled by the judges appointed by AFFA will be held in sports hall of 15 school of Baku. 3660 boys who study VIII grade of the secondary schools located in the Baku, will join in the championship. Games of the first phase surrounding intraregional contests to be held on "Olympic" system will be completed on March 8. The contests will be organized on subgroups in the 2nd phase. Winners of subgroups will compete in the last phase. Goal in the organization of championship is to fulfill the obligations derived from “State Program on development of football for 2005-2015 years in the Azerbaijan Republic”, promote the first European Games to be held in Baku, increase sport mastery of the pupils and involve the juniors in the strong life style.
