Ceyhun Bayramov, deputy minister of education, Mahabbat Mehdiyeva, department head of Heydar Aliyev Center, Shaig Asgarov, deputy chairman of Republican Committee of Education Workers Free Trade Union, Tatyana Nanayeva, manager of Intel corporation on CIS counries took part in the ceremony. Also, representatives of state authorities, members of Milli Majlis, representatives of international organizations, collaborators of non-governmental organizations, education experts and leaders of education institutions joined in the event. It was informed in the event that, main goal of “Scientists of tomorrow” IV Republic contest is to explain scientific thinking style and research habits to upper grade pupils. This contest is organized within framework of Intel ISEF-International Scientific and Engineering Exhibition held by participation of the pupils of more than 70 countries in the USA. 195 pupils took part with 96 scientific projects in this year’s contest. 27 of them are individual, 69 are collective projects. Along with Baku city, pupils of the secondary schools of different regions of our country submitted the projects to the contest.      The contest has been held within 3 days. “Open door” hours have been organized, pupil and teachers, also media representatives were able to be acquainted with the projects on the last day. Projects submitted in the contest, have been evaluated by Jury on 8 nominations. 47 projects deserved to 3 places have been determined as a result of evluation.    The winners have been awarded to diploma, medal and money prize.

According to citizens’reception schedule of central executive powers’ leaders on town and regions for february, 2015, appeal of the citizens living in the Mingechaur city and Yevlakh, Barda, Agdash regions are listened, most of probelems are settled immediately. Representatives of The Ministry of Education, Sumgait Eduction Department, pupils and parents took part in the event. Fuad Garayev, representative of The Ministry of Education informed about goal of training center, organization of work and perspective expectations. He stated that, as a result of systematic work performed on the sphere of determination development of talented pupils, along with IX, X and XI grade pupils, VII and VIII grade pupils have been involved in this process as well. According to the recommendation of The Ministry of Eduction, monitoring has been held on city in order to select prospective children of secondry schools of Sumgait through 473 pupils who study well and have interests to the subjects of mathematics and physics via establishing working group. 147 persons VII grade, 143 persons VIII grade pupils joined in the monitoring on mathematics. 183 persons form VII and VIII grades took part in the selection on the subject of physics. According to the result of monitoring, pupil who obtained 26 points from mathematics, 28 points from physics, have been determined and the same pupils were included in Training Center for Olympiad.        Parents who made a speech in the ceremony stated that, they appreciate actions performed by The Ministry of Education on the direction of determination and development of talented children. They stressed that, they will fulfill in all their obligations in order to create condition for the pupils to study at higher level.

Participation of more than 30 media representatives is envisaged in the visit organized to Agdjabedi, Agdam and Tartar regions together with The Ministry of Defence. Goal fo visit is to create condition for mass media in the issue of protect information safety and correct disclosure of community in accordance with order of state leader “About some safety actions in the frontline with military forces between Military Forces of Azerbaijan Republic and military forces of Armenian Republic”. Meeting with media representatives will be organized wit the pupils and teaching staff of the schools located in the frontline.      Meeting of teaching staff and pupils with the persons who were awarded to the name of National Hero due to braveness for territorial integrity of our country, is envisaged during visit. Students who study at the 1st year of all higher educational institution on bachelor degree in our country and whose academic indicator is more than 61 points, can take part in the contest. Registration of the students who want to study at SABAH groups had already started. Students can join in the contest through filling in electronic form placed in www.sabah.edu.az website. Contest organized on 64 specialties included in 6 specialties group (nature, education, economy, humanitarian, technical, culture) will be conducted on 3 phases. Teams that consist of the boys who study at VIII grade of the secondary schools located in the Baku, will join in the contest to be lasted from february 20 to march 18. Goal in the organization of championship is to fulfill the obligations derived from “State Program on development of football for 200-2015 years in the Azerbaijan Republic”, involve the juniors in the strong life style, increase sport mastery of the pupils and promote mini football. Contest will be conducted by the referees selected by AFFA under 3 phases. 1st phase will surround intraregional contests. The contests will be organized on subgroups in the 2nd phase. Participation of the parents in the lessons and seminars held separately for both of girls and boys, is ensured. Up to 3000 ppuils of 6-7th grade of more than 50 schools and up to 300 parents took part in the lesson and seminars from the beginning of year till today. School pschologists and medical staff of educational institutions joined in the lessons. Lessons and seminars are taught by the teachers who are trained within framework of “Teaching of reproductive health” program that is joint project of The Ministry of Education, Public Health and Reforms Center of The Ministry of Health, “Hopeful future” Youth Organization. Training course on the bases of teaching and agitation of reproductive health issues, have been conducted for 60 teachers in the Baku, 25 teachers in the Sumgait within framework of this program. Goal of program is to grow young generation strongly, protect them from harmful habits, also enlarge enlightenment issues related to strong life style and reproductive health among child and juniors for creation of strong family in the future. Skills and abilities on reproductive health allow the pupis comply with santary-hygienic rules, stay away from any kind of harmful habits.

Participants were awarded to the certificates at the end of 3 days training conducted in the secondary school no.138 located in the Khatai district, Baku.  This project implemented by The Ministry of Education, “British Council” and “Sport for development” Public Union under sponsorship of Bakcell company, is aimed to improve active teaching methodology for application of subject curriculum on physical education, compilation of active training method to be applied in all secondary schools of country, at the same time incease of awareness on strong food and active life style. 23 physical education teachers of the secondary schools no. 220, 138 and 269 of capital took part in the training conducted by the specialists from The Great Britain. Vivienne Holt, british trainer who made a speech in the awarding ceremony of the certificates to the trainees stated that, TOPs is pedagogical method that incorporates funny, safe, incusive teaching of sport exercises and physical education lessons. Veli Musayev, representative of “Sport for development” Public Union stressed that, project will make a great benefit in the obtaining of succesfull results on this sphere and improvement of quality of physical education lessons in the V-IX grades. Taking into account creation of favourable condition that ensures development of pupls’ motion skills through physical education lessons, application of pedagogical technologies directed on protection of their physical-pschological health during their study, differential approach and individuality principles in the education process, is considered as main condition. It should be noted that, “Open lesson” of trained physical education teachers, will be conducted. Usage of video clips prepared from “Open lesson”, is envisaged as lesson sample.

More than 30 media representatives take part in the visit organized to Agjabady, Agdam and Tartar regions together with The Ministry of Education. First meeting has been held in the secondary school no.1 named after Etibar Ismayilov, The National Hero in the Hindarkh settlement of Agjabady region within framework of mediatour. Media representatives took part in the several lessons held in the school. Pupils were widely informed about Khojali genocide as well as munitions used in the battles in the conscription training of youth. It was stated that, Hindarkh settlement is located at the distance of 15 miles. 729 pupils study at the secondary school no.1 named after Etibar Ismayilov. 14 graduates of school obtained name of student last year. Then, mediatour participants visited secondary school named after Ziyaddin Isgandarov in the Chamanli village of Agdam region. Visitors watched youth’ conscription training and Mathemaics lessons in the education institution, met teacher, puiil and village habitants. Media representatives will visit secondary school named after Ayaz Abbasov in the Garadgli village of Agdam region, school named after F.Hamidov in the village of Gapanli of Tartar region and watch pupils’ conscription training lesson in the military unit “N” in the region visually on february 20. It should be noted that, according to the order of state leader “About several safety actios in the frontline between The Military Forces of Azerbaijan Republic and The Military Forces of Armenian Republic”, goal of visit is to create opportunity for mass media in the protection of information safety and correct awareness of community.
