Game broadcasted via “AzTV” and organized in “Baku Crystal Hall”, determined the third finalist of september.     First game of the third qualification game took place between “Shaki” and “Agdash” teams. Agdash team won the game with score 5:1 against his opponent.  “Nakhchivan” and “Siyazan” teams competed in the second game. Teams who started game unsuccessfuly, have been removed from game because of both teams couldn’t respond several questions. Chance game has been held by participation of the players of different teams in order to determine opponent of “Agdash” in final games. “Parabellum” team was a winner of chance game.  “Agdash” team won the game with socre 5:1 against first opponent, also 5:4 in the second final game and was allowed take part in final mach of september. Thus, as a result of 3 games held within framework of brain-ring contests for “Cup of knowledge”, 3 teams to be played in final game of september, had already been determined. These are “Norm cement” winner of the first game, “Kapital bank” winner of the second game and “Agdash” winner of the third game. Contest where 30 teams of 15 regions of our country take part, is supported by Heydar Aliyev Fund, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Youth and Sport, also the sponsors. Games will last till the end of year and winners of “Cup of knowledge” organized by The Ministry of Education, will be identified in 15 th game. Champions of september, october and november months will take part in the same game. Winner of “Cup of knowledge”, will be awarded to e-book reader by The Ministry of Education. At the same time, winner team will be awarded to the tablets and plastic card with 3000 Azn account by the sponsors.

First meeting of Academic Council of Azerbaijan State Economic University for 2014/2015 academic year.  Adalat Muradov, professor, rector of university stated that, Azerbaijan State Economic University keeps 1 st place among 7 base universities in SABAH groups established initially in our country. Pointing fact on selection of Azerbaijan State Economic University by the students who appealed SABAH groups, rector added that it’s future of higher education. Therefore, Azerbaijan State Economic University differently approached to the audiences where SABAH youth will study. Rector stated that, we created the same model in “SABAH”. Condition created for SABAH will be applied to all university. Works performed by purose to increase staff potential in Azerbaijan State Economic University, have been talked in Academic Council. It was stated that, 309 person applied to commission “Recruitment and replacement of employees” of univrsity. 75 of them, have been appointed in higher post, 20 applicants who studied in abroad, have been recruited. It was stated that, wages of Azerbaijan State Economic University’ collaborators, have been increased to 15 % since october 1. As financial base of university grows, the wages will be increased. In the case of retirement of 10 senior-lecturers aged 75-80 under voluntary principle, their annual wages will be presented them on the same day.         Council’ s membrs also discussed study fee debt collected in the amount of 275 000 Azn of 74 students of Special Talents faculty. It was decised that, this debt should be paid on the account of Azerbaijan State Economic University. It was proposed to change name of general economy faculty with economy and industry faculty. Proposal was voted and adopted.  “Discipline rules of the students inside of university” has been adopted together with “Discipline rules of the employees inside of university” given to discussion of the students and university’ collaborators from june in the meeting. These rules came to force since september 22. Issues like development of work with the citizens, compilation of staff schedule of university till the end of year, have been discussed in Academic Council. Students who achieved successful results in 2013-2014 academic year in Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation and pupils who are winner of subject olympiade held among Baku’ pupils, have been awarded to scholarship by name Republic Committee of Azerbaijan Education Employees Free Trade Union (RCAEEFTU) on september 29.  Sattar Mehbaliyev, deputy of Milli Majlis, chairman of Republic Committee of Azerbaijan Education Employees Free Trade Union, talked about importance of state youth policy implemented in our country, also congratulated student and pupils who achieved success in education in the event held on this occasion. Touching upon the actions performed by trade union organizations on the direction of implementation of state youth policy, S. Mehbaliyev stated that, different intellectual games, sport contests for effective realization of rest times of youth , are organized by Committee led by him, as well as works on development of students social protection from low income families, are performed. It was pointed that, more than 220 persons from low income families, are provided with free food by Committee in every year. Only, 55. 500 manat, has been allocated to organization of this work in 2013-2014 academic year. It was stated that, scholarship by name Republic Committee of Azerbaijan Education Employees Free Trade Union, was created by purpose to increase interest of the students to science, education in 1995. More than 1700 students were awarded to this scholarship. Ceyhun Bayramov, deputy minister of edcation, congratulated selected students and pupils, also wished them the successes. As indicated in “State Strategy on development of education in Azerbaijan Republic”, goal of contest is on the following, - development of human resources on the sphere of education; - creation of “professional teacher” image; - increase of reputation of teacher’s occupation; - formation of positive public opinion regarding with vocational action of young teachers functioning in rural village schools; - spreading of positive experience of the teachers who newly started their vocational action; - motivation of young teachers to function in village schools. Video-plots that serve to increase of teacher’s reputation, also reflected exemplary vocaional action of young teachers young teachers functioning in rural village schools, should be presented to the contest. List of the teachers who obtained higher points and newly started their action in rural village schools, have been added in contest’ s announcement. According to the statistics, 8010 calls (5 times more than relevant period of 2013) were received by Call Center and 3700 calls by Switchboard Service. 8122 citizens have been served by Citizens Reception Center.    Most of appeals (mostly inquiry- based) received by Citizen Reception Center and Call Center, have been immediately responded and settled operatively. 1610 citizens, have been online registered in the reception of The Ministry of Education’ officials as per their inquiries. 1725 (1116 petitions, 452 letters, 157 other documents) have been received and registeredin Citizen Reception Center. Received appeals consisted the issues like teachers’ recruitment, recognition of the diplomas, obtaining of education documents, admission of children in I grade ahead of time, replacement of the pupils in the secondary schools and higher education. It should be noted that, most of appeals were received by Call Center on Monday (2256 calls) and Tuesday (1846 calls), mostly from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:30. Most of appeals were received by Citizen Reception Center on Monday (2221 calls) and Tuesday (1857 calls), mostly from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:30.

Complete informatization of education system, is one of priorities of The Ministry of Education. Goal of portal’ compilation is to motivate the students in education process, also make opportunity for the students to effectively use Information Communications Technology, read the textbooks in e-format. This system will increase mobility in textbooks’ usage by the pupils. Pupils can appeal the textbooks anytime and anywhere. Downloading the textbooks in online form or via tablets, users will get chance to read the textbooks in electronic form, also make relevant electronic notes in any page of textbook in online regime. It will certainly make favourable condition for individualization of teaching process of the pupils.    There are other priviliges of e-textbooks: - Existence of visual means- graphics, animation, interactive action and other multimedia features; - Storage of large volume details; - Possibility of the notes made on the texts; - Easy usage- existence of detection system. It shoul de be noted that, 10 textbooks on VI grade, have been placed in e-book shelf under electronic form. 10 textbooks on VI grade, 5 textbooks on II and III gardes, will be presented to the users in electronic form till the end of this year.

Twin brother the Ismayilovs, worked as teacher of phyiscal culture in different secondary schools of Jalilabad region, but they worked in Ojagli village secondary school for last 10 years. Ismayilov brothers who were finalist of former USSR championship on running to medium distance (1000 meter), obtained higher successes in the contests held in Azerbaijan. As a result of their endless love to sport, there are several learners who are engaged in sport. Generally, Habil and Shamil Ismayilovs are not only prominent teacher who have engaged in nearly 50 years pedagogical action, at the same time they are exemplary family leaders. It’s important that, their children and grandchilds are interested in sport and prefer strong life style. So, number of the students who have distinguishing features through the applicants who submitted document. Significant growth in foreign language skills, also other academic indicatorsof the same students, has been observed compared to previous years. 17 azerbaijanis obtained State Program scholarship in order to study in the universities among top 10 of QS Raiting of leading universities. The same students are differed with their special capability and potential abilities. Fuad Huseynov, was admitted in Harward University of USA, but Farman Farmanov, Masma Nacafzada,Cahangir Mammadov in Oxford university of Great Britain. 58 azerbaijani grant-aided students, were admitted in the universities existing in top 20 on QS Raiting of world universities for this year. Number of our youth who obtained State Program in the universities in top 30, is 110 persons. Now, number of retirers whose documents have been approved for study in abroad on State Program, is 494 persons. Final figures will be knew for incoming days. 319 persons obtained right to study in master, 45 persons in doctoral, others in bachelor and rezidency degree within framework of State Program. Obtaining 66-68 points from specialist examination in medical in Turkey for this year, are among the students who obtained the highest result. For the first time, 9 persons obtained State Program in order to study in abroad on agriculture in Germany. 2 persons were sent to study at bachelor degree on European music. Number of the students who obtained more than 650 in order to obtain fundamental medical education in Germany. 10 students will be sent to abroad for study on nanotechnology for the first time.

First of all, team has been selected as rival to the winners of 3 teams- “Capital bank”, “Norm cement” və “Agdash” in the game held on september firstly broadcasted via AzTV channel and held on in “Baku Crystal Hall”. By this purpose, chance game was held among the teams who couldn’t enter final game and “Romantic” won this game. Thus, 4 teams started their struggle to be finalist of september month. First match took place between “Romantic” and “Capital bank”. Hard competition ended with victory of “Capital bank” with score of 5:4. “Norm cement” won the game against “Agdash” with great point difference in the second qualification game.  “Capital bank” and “Norm cement” will struggle for championship in 2 games held within framework of final game. “Capital bank” demonstrated his preference in both games and obtained name of finalist of september month. Thus, first team to be played in season’s final on contest “Cup of knowledge”, has been determined. Season finalist of this intellectual contest supported by Heydar Aliyev Fund, The Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Youth and Sport, will take place and winners of september, october, november and december month will meet each other. Winner of contest will get “Cup of knowledge” and be awarded to valuable prizes.
