• Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti hökumətinin 1918-ci il 28 may tarixli qərarı ilə maarif və təhsil üzrə ilk nazirlik-Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyi yaradılıb. Nazirlər Şurasının 30 iyun 1918-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin üç şöbədən (ümumi orta təhsil, ali və orta ixtisas təhsili, peşə məktəbləri) ibarət strukturu təsdiq olunub.

    Azərbaycan SSR Xalq Komissarları Sovetinin 28 aprel 1920-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Xalq Maarifi Nazirliyinin adı dəyişdirilərək Xalq Maarifi Komissarlığı adı ilə yenidən təşkil edilib və ölkədəki bütün təhsil müəssisələri bu qurumun tabeliyinə verilib.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

October 25, Signing Ceremony of Bilateral Cooperation Memoranda on Support of Activities of First Vocational Education Entities among the Ministry of Education and State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Azersu” Open Joint Stock Company.

Signing the relevant memoranda serves to the aims such as contribution of high-level development of Azerbaijan economy, provision of improvement of qualified staff training system convenient with the requirements of labor market according to the State Program on social-economic development of regions, strengthening th relations with employer organizations. Also, the memoranda includes the issues such as: improving the skills and capabilities of teachers and students in vocational education, taking joint actions for their possessing of scientific-technical skills and improving the public system of vocational education system.
By making opening speech at the event, Mikayil Jabbarov, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, greeted the participants. The Minister talked about the importance of signing bilateral cooperation memoranda on support of activities of the first vocational education entities among the Ministry of Education, State Oil Company and “Azersu” Open Joint Stock Company. By emphasizing that the needs of State Oil Company and “Azersu” Open Joint Stock Company would be considered while defining the acceptance plan of first vocational education entities by the Ministry of Education, the Minister of Education also stated that vocational education standards and subject curriculums required for relevant specialties would be jointly prepared within the cooperation.
The Minister also stated that organization of know-how for students of first vocational education entities, acceptance to paid summer internship program, conduction of relevant trainings for engineer-pedagogical staff working in the first vocational education entities have been considered. By stressing the necessity of improving the prestige of the first vocational education, the Minister of Education gave info on the upcoming activities regarding preparation and implementation of joint programs, organization of joint researches, discussions and debates.
Rovnag Abdullayev, the President of the State Oil Company, stated he was sure about successful outcomes of the cooperation with the Ministry of Education towards support of the activities of the first vocational education entities and staff preparation for needed specialties. The president of the State Oil Company noted that as a result of fast development of Azerbaijan economy, relevant cooperation has a significant role in meeting the need for higher level and qualified staff in the labor market of our country.
Gorkhmaz Huseynov, chairman of “Azersu” Open Joint Stock Company, informed on the successful implementation of the projects for provision of most residential settlements with potable water. By emphasizing the mutual cooperation with the Ministry of Education enabled the systematized approach to the preparation of relevant specialists with professional competencies, the chairman of “Azersu” OJSC expressed his assure of the successful implementation of future mutual efforts.
Then the Ministry of Education, State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Azersu” Open Joint Stock Company signed bilateral cooperation memoranda on support of activities of the first vocational education entities.
