Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov met with Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry Aziz Sancar on June 16.
They discussed ways of increasing the potential of higher education institutions in Azerbaijan, and noted the importance of developing fundamental sciences in the process of education.
